Educational Qualification and Age Limit 

Research Associate (RA)

• Qualification: Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering/Agriculture or M.Tech. (Soil & Water Conservation/Irrigation Engineering/Land & Water Management) or M.Sc. (Soil Science/Agronomy) with 3 years’ research experience and 1 research paper 

Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

• Qualification: M.Sc. (Ag) in Soil Science/Agronomy with NET qualification and 2 years’ research experience. 

Young Professional-II (YP-II)

• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Application/IT/Soil & Water Conservation/Geoinformatics or equivalent.  

Young Professional-I (YP-I)

• Qualification: B.Sc. (Agriculture/Horticulture) or B.Tech in Computer Science/Electronics & Instrumentation. 

Field Assistant (FA)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Science/Agriculture/Arts/Commerce 

• Desirable: Experience in fieldwork, rural surveys, and farmer trainings

• Young Professional-II (YP-II): ₹42,000/- per month consolidated 

• Young Professional-I (YP-I): ₹30,000/- per month consolidated 

• Field Assistant (FA): ₹15,000/- per month consolidated
